The MET Technician / Strip Fitter role offers a salary of up to £50,000 plus bonus and great company benefits. This is a permanent position with ongoing training and development.
Our client, a busy Accident Repair Centre in the Elstree area, is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
- Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed
- Reporting unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it is identified
- Maintaining a good level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Working effectively in a team and as an individual
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
- Ability to dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
- Capability to report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it is identified
