Automotive Service Advisor
Salary: £42,000 OTE
Location: Maidenhead

The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal/repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too.
- Bonus up to £1000 extra per month + quarterly CSI bonuses totalling over £42,000
- Very quick accreditation - one fact about the Group is the majority of their managers progress frequently from within, so you will be given training for growth through their training academy.

Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role:
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
- Produce job cards on in-house computer system
- Update customer and vehicle records
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
- Preparation and completion of invoices
Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role:
- Experience as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
- The ability to sell additional products and services to customers
- Driving license
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
