Salary: Competitive DOE, plus bonus scheme, plus company vehicle
Hours: 42.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm. Additional hours as required during seasonal peaks.
We are currently looking for a Branch & Sales Manager who is keen and driven to manage the team at our client's successful Agricultural dealership. As a Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability, management, and efficient daily operations of the branch. Managing a team across parts, service, sales, and branch administration, you will promote and represent the business, providing the highest levels of service to existing customers while identifying and nurturing new prospects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Good, sound knowledge of agricultural and horticultural equipment (desired)
- Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Target-driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Skilled at influencing, persuading, and closing deals
- Full driving licence required
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to act quickly and decisively
- Takes accountability for own decisions
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Good IT skills
- Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements
Additional Information:
- Start Date: Immediate (subject to replacement of existing role if successful)
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
