Smart Repair Technician – £50,000 | Liverpool £40,000 basic + individual efficiency bonus | Permanent | Monday–Friday | Alternate Saturdays Are you an experienced Smart Repair Technician looking for a new opportunity with a growing, family-owned automotive business? We’re recruiting for an experienced Smart Repair / Cosmetic Repair Technician to join an established car supermarket in the Liverpool area, working on a varied range of vehicles and carrying out small to medium cosmetic repairs. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, have a great eye for detail and want to work for a business that values the quality of its people, this could be the opportunity for you. 🔧 What you'll be doing As a Smart Repair Technician, your role will include: Bumper and trim repairs Minor dent removal Filler and preparation work Strip and fit Paint mixing and colour matching Vehicle painting and refinishing Alloy wheel refurbishment Interior cosmetic refurbishment Carrying out quality checks to ensure repairs meet a high standard Accurately recording work and repair times Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment  👨‍🔧 What we're looking for We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience as a Smart Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer Ideally has a stable career history within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair environment Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship Can consistently produce high-quality repairs Is motivated, reliable and results-driven Can work efficiently while maintaining excellent standards  💰 What's on offer? £40,000 basic salary + individual efficiency bonus Permanent position 42 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Alternate Saturdays – 4 hours Individual efficiency bonus Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing family-owned business Opportunity to join an established automotive operation  📍 Location Liverpool If you're an experienced Smart Repair Technician and you're looking for your next move, I'd be keen to have a confidential conversation. 📞 Call Richard on (phone number removed) 📧 (url removed) Or simply click Apply Now and send over your CV.
