We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a busy, well-established Bodyshop in the Leeds area. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional team that takes pride in delivering exceptional repair standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Role and Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
- Carry out high-quality bumper and trim repairs to manufacturer standards
- Assess vehicles and identify any additional repair requirements before work commences
- Complete minor dent and surface defect rectification to prepare vehicles for paint
- Accurately mix and colour-match paint to achieve a flawless finish
- Apply paint finishes using modern spraying techniques and equipment
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all work meets company and customer expectations
Minimum Requirements for a Paint Sprayer:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre environment
- A stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability
- Strong hands-on skills with a quality-focused approach to vehicle refinishing
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to consistently deliver work to the highest standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing first-class results
