Our client, a well-established and reputable commercial vehicle workshop, is seeking a confident and organised Service Administrator with solid HGV or commercial vehicle experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Managing job cards, invoices, and general service administration
- Liaising with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Scheduling work, booking vehicles, and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting warranty processes and submitting claims
- Ensuring all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met
- Providing excellent customer service in a busy workshop environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
