Job Title: HGV Technician Location: Peterborough Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV Technician to join our client, a Nationwide Public Transport Provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy vehicle maintenance, specifically with public service vehicles such as buses and coaches. HGV Technician Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a range of PSV vehicles. Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Conduct safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT tests. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients. HGV Technician Requirements: Proven experience as a Bus Mechanic or in a similar role. NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
