Holt Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a successful Dealership Group in the Basingstoke area. You will be a representative of a VAG Group business, calling customers into the workshop for repairs, organising parts, services and MOTs. If you are looking for a role with training and a great customer base, this could be the next step in your career.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary: up to £29,000 basic with an OTE of £36,000 (uncapped with service plan sales)
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8-6pm with 1/3 Saturdays
- Training: Full Manufacturer training and accreditation
Requirements:
- A driving licence
- The ability to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques
