Experienced MOT Tester looking for a better work-life balance? We are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded independent automotive business in Falmouth, Cornwall, who are looking for an experienced Class 4 & Class 7 MOT Tester to join their professional workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician who wants a long-term position with a well-established employer, modern facilities, good equipment and, importantly, no weekend or Bank Holiday working. THE ROLE – MOT TESTER
As a Class 4 & Class 7 MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests to the required DVSA standards while maintaining a high level of workmanship and customer service. You will be joining an established workshop with a strong reputation, modern equipment and a professional working environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out Class 4 and Class 7 MOT tests
- Completing MOT testing in accordance with DVSA standards and regulations
- Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying faults
- Ensuring all MOT paperwork and records are completed accurately
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety
- Working professionally and efficiently as part of an established workshop team
- Carrying out general vehicle inspections and supporting workshop operations where required
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
- £35,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- No weekends
- No Bank Holidays
