Location: Eastleigh & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £20+ per hour – £50,000–£60,000+ OTE
Hours: Full-time, Permanent - 40 Hrs a week

Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Mobile Heavy Plant Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong mechanical background to work on a range of heavy plant and construction machinery, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs in the field.
The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy plant and construction machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Attend breakdowns and complete repairs on customer sites.
- Complete inspections, service reports and maintenance paperwork.
- Deliver a professional service to customers across your assigned area.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter or Mobile Plant Technician.
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills.
- Experience working on heavy plant or construction machinery.
- Able to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
