Salary: £35,000-£38,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits

We have an opportunity for a Diagnostic Technician to join my client’s workshop in West London. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join the team.

Working hours: 8am-5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays (half day)

  • Uniform/Tool Insurance
  • Electric Vehicle (EV) Training levels 1-4 for specific roles
  • Accreditations provided
  • 1 hour lunch

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are:

  • Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/car supermarket
  • Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
  • Experience of working on commercial vehicles/LCV/cars
  • Ideally Hybrid/EV trained but if not training will be provided

Key responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician role are:

  • Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
  • As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
