Our client is looking for an experienced automotive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to join their aftersales team as a Front of House Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and high-performing individual ready to step into a leadership role within a busy aftersales environment.
As Front of House Manager – Aftersales, you will take responsibility for managing the customer-facing aftersales operation, leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards and a seamless customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front-of-house aftersales team including Service Advisors, booking coordinators, and reception staff
- Drive customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Monitor and improve KPIs including labour sales, parts sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and the workshop
- Support the efficiency and profitability of the aftersales department
- Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalism
