Panel Beater – Up to £42,000 + Bonus | Monday–Friday | Castleford Panel Beater | Panel Technician | Bodyshop Technician Ref: (phone number removed) We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-established and busy Accident Repair Centre in the Castleford area on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater looking to join a professional Bodyshop offering Monday-to-Friday working, an individual bonus scheme and a stable long-term position. 💰 What’s on offer? Up to £42,000 basic salary + individual bonus 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS Individual performance bonus available 21 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension Permanent, secure position Opportunity to develop your career within a busy Bodyshop  🔧 The Role As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring every vehicle is repaired safely and to the required manufacturer and Bodyshop standards. Your responsibilities will include: Operating body alignment jigs and associated equipment Panel straightening, repair and filling Removing and replacing damaged panels Welding and bonding vehicle structures Removing and replacing complete body shells where required Ensuring accurate measurements and correct vehicle alignment Identifying and ordering all parts required for repairs Working efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship  👨‍🔧 What are we looking for? We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in their workmanship and can work efficiently within a busy Accident Repair environment. You'll ideally have: Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre A recognised qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques The ability to work independently and as part of a team A high level of attention to detail and quality ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential  ⭐ Why apply?
