We're working with a busy and successful volume dealership in Bristol that’s looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop team. If you're after strong earning potential, a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive dealership environment where you can progress, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Earn:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 – £38,000
- Bonus: Guaranteed £400 per month for your first 3 months
- Average monthly bonus of £400–£500
- Uncapped earning potential OTE: Up to £45,000+

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical repairs across multiple systems
- Ensuring manufacturer standards are met
- Accurate recording of work completed
- Delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ workshop or dealership experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair ability
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A proactive, quality-focused approach
