Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading company in the construction attachments industry, looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to cover the Yorkshire & Northern UK region. The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your region, developing and maintaining customer relationships while driving new business. You will:
- Spend four days a week in the field, visiting clients across the Midlands & North UK
- Work one day a week from home or the Leicester office
- Develop and implement a structured sales plan to grow revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, from plant operators to managing directors
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update account development plans
- Attend monthly sales meetings to contribute to the overall business strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Field sales experience, Plant/Construction equipment experience preferred but not essential
- Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to manage your own territory effectively
- Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with clients at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets and driving revenue growth
