Currently recruiting for a great dealership group who are looking to recruit an experienced Alloy Wheel / Smart Repair Technician. Their Alloy Wheel Technicians provide an industry leading alloy wheel repair service with a focus on delivering a great customer experience every time!

Duties:

  • Restore both standard and diamond-cut alloy wheels to an exceptional finish using specialist mobile diamond-cut lathe repair equipment.
  • Complete all wheel refurbishment work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry-leading repair standards.
  • Accurately colour-match alloy wheel finishes to deliver a seamless, factory-quality appearance.
  • Take pride in producing high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail on every repair.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by clearly explaining recommended repairs, agreeing work requirements, and obtaining approval for any associated costs before work begins.
  • Support the wider repair team by carrying out SMART repairs when required, helping to deliver a complete vehicle cosmetic repair service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, including diamond-cut wheel repairs, is essential.
  • Experience using mobile diamond-cut lathe equipment.
  • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality workmanship.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently while contributing positively to a busy and professional environment.
  • Passionate about vehicle aesthetics and maintaining the highest repair standards.
