Account Manager - Sales Team Lead

Job Title: Account Manager (Team Lead) – Sales Location: Ashington, Sussex (Office-based) – Internal Position Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (One 5:30pm finish per week) Salary: £35,000 Basic The Company & Role Join a well-established, family-owned business and one of the UK’s leading suppliers of excavator attachments. As Internal Account Manager (Team Lead), you’ll manage your own sales territory in partnership with an Area Sales Manager while leading a small internal sales team. You’ll focus on developing new and existing business, supporting customer needs, tracking team KPIs, and driving growth. This is a hands-on office-based role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
