Our client are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills to oversee quality operations and ensure compliance with customer requirements throughout the project life cycle. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting audits, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and managing quality documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for running and acceptance activities, including First Article Acceptance
- Undertake quality investigations and lessons learned
- Conduct internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with procedures
- Update project quality documentation throughout the life cycle
- Interpret electronic data to verify configuration status
- Carry out audits as required by contract or otherwise directed
- Focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers
