We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Part-Time Office & HR Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to the business. This would suit someone looking to work a few hours each day around school commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and organising HR paperwork and maintaining appropriate filing systems and controls
- Keeping employee records organised and up to date
- Organising workwear and PPE for employees
- Coordinating new starter paperwork and inductions
- Collecting, checking and managing timesheets
- Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with employee information
- Filing and maintaining Health & Safety paperwork and records
- Helping ensure documentation is organised and readily available
- Updating company KPIs and maintaining relevant spreadsheets
- Taking meeting notes and distributing actions where required
- General filing and document management
- Assisting with emails, correspondence and other routine administration
- Helping to keep the office organised and running smoothly
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Taking on other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Previous administration, HR or office experience would be beneficial, but we're more interested in finding someone who is organised, dependable and proactive.
