We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing business in Ferndown. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for quality across production and lead a small team of inspectors. In this Quality Assurance Supervisor role, you’ll make sure products meet the required standards, support the production team, and help improve quality processes across the site. You’ll be the go-to person for any quality issues and ensure everything runs smoothly.
