Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare export and customs documentation

  • Maintain accurate and organised documentation and records
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, including telephone queries
  • Release parts within the system, including pricing and lead times

  • Proven experience as a Logistics and Distribution Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong background in shipping, logistics, and distribution
  • Confident using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
