Holt Engineering is looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to take ownership of our clients Shopware-based e-commerce platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on driving online revenue through platform optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, checkout improvements, and data-led experimentation. You’ll play a key role in shaping their e-commerce strategy, improving user experience, increasing conversion rates, and implementing effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives. The role is office based, Monday to Friday, salary is £55-£75k DOE.
Duties for the successful E-commerce Specialist:
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
- Manage and optimise Shopware platforms, including customisation and performance improvements
- Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
- Identify friction points across the customer journey and implement improvements
- Optimise product pages, category pages, and landing pages to improve UX and conversion rates
- Lead CRO initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation
- Optimise checkout flows to reduce abandonment and improve completion rates
