Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Process sales orders from receipt through to dispatch
- Prepare export and customs documentation
- Organise and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers
- Work closely with manufacturing and purchasing to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate and organised documentation and records
- Handle internal and external enquiries, including telephone queries
- Release parts within the system, including pricing and lead times
- Escalate any issues impacting customer service or delivery
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Logistics and Distribution Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong background in shipping, logistics, and distribution
- Confident using Microsoft Dynamics
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
