Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts as a Logistics and Distribution Coordinator
  • Process sales orders from receipt through to dispatch
  • Prepare export and customs documentation
  • Organise and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Work closely with manufacturing and purchasing to meet delivery deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and organised documentation and records
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, including telephone queries
  • Release parts within the system, including pricing and lead times
  • Escalate any issues impacting customer service or delivery
