Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based in Portsmouth, who are on the lookout for an experienced Cable Assembler. The company is a privately-owned UK company with years of experience providing the design and manufacture of electrical and cable assembly products. A family-run business steadily growing within the manufacturing sector offering a strong career path.
This role is a Full Time role, working Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm with an early finish on Friday!
As a Cable Assembler, you will be:
- Following technical drawings
- Soldering to IPC 620 standards
- Cutting, crimping, and stripping cables
- Heat shrinking
- Cable Soldering
To be considered for this Cable Assembler position you must:
- Have Cable assembly experience
- Have electronic soldering experience
- Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience within the electrical only industry
