Our client is experiencing impressive growth, doubling their revenue year on year, and is now seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive their continued expansion and success. Key Objectives for the VP – Sales – Defence: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team. Oversee the coordination and development of proposals, bids, and programs, ensuring timely and effective execution. Drive a structured, strategic sales approach to seize opportunities as they arise, ensuring all sales efforts are aligned and executed in an organized, efficient manner.
