You will deliver customer-focused training both at the Crawley training centre and at customer sites internationally, helping customers to safely operate, maintain and troubleshoot sophisticated simulator equipment. The Role Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, you will be responsible for developing, tailoring and delivering maintenance training that enables customers to understand and maintain their simulation devices effectively. You will use the latest approved baseline courseware and eLearning content, adapting material to reflect customer-specific options, deviations and configurations.
