Tactical Networks Solution Lead / Expert Holt Executive is delighted to be partnered with a global leader in secure communications, cyber, and network solutions.

Our partner has an urgent requirement within its UK Government Solution Lead / Expert will be responsible for developing technical solutions that shape capture strategies and secure major programmes, primarily within the land tactical domain.
This role will focus on engaging with senior Defence stakeholders to influence technical requirements, support capture activities, and develop winning solution and service designs.
Key Responsibilities for the Tactical Networks Solution Lead / Expert: Engage with Army HQ, Defence delivery teams, and industry partners to shape strategies for winning major land tactical network programmes.
Work closely with internal Government and Defence teams to support capture planning and bid activities.
Develop an understanding of customer requirements across the Defence Lines of Development (DLODs) and translate these into compelling technical solutions.
