An exciting opportunity for Engineers with Software, Systems or Simulation experience to join a high-performing aerospace engineering team developing state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (Level D) used by leading aviation organisations worldwide. We are hiring across multiple disciplines, offering the chance to work on high-fidelity simulation systems that replicate real aircraft behaviour and directly contribute to pilot training and aviation safety.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and integrate real-time simulation software and systems
- Work across the full engineering lifecycle – requirements, design, integration, verification & validation, and certification
- Model and simulate aircraft systems, avionics, environment, and visual/audio behaviour
- Support system integration, testing, fault finding, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, systems, hardware, and simulation
- Contribute to customer delivery, qualification, and post-delivery support
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other safety-critical environments
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles / development lifecycle
- Experience in one or more of the following: C / C++ / Python software development
- Real-time or embedded systems
- Aircraft systems, avionics, or simulation modelling
- Audio systems, acoustics, or signal processing
- Visual systems, rendering, or simulation environments
- System integration and complex engineering environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
Desirable Experience:
- Flight simulation or Level D simulator environments
- Knowledge of ARINC, AFDX, CAN, or aviation data protocols
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools
- Familiarity with EASA / FAA simulation or certification standards
- Experience with real-time systems, networking, or hardware integration
