Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the MRO or airline services sector? We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive high-impact sales strategies, engage complex airline clients, and lead business growth across an established territory. \\n\\nAs a Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of strategically significant accounts, developing new business and expanding existing relationships.
This is a high-visibility, autonomous role requiring a mix of strategic planning, commercial negotiation, and post-sale execution. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution\\nLead the sales planning process for technical and maintenance services across major airline accounts\\nIdentify growth opportunities and drive tailored sales strategies\\nBuild and maintain senior-level customer relationships\\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity\\nManage sales forecasting and meet profitability targetsProposal Development & Contracting\\nUnderstand customer needs and develop custom proposals\\nWork cross-functionally to ensure feasibility and accuracy\\nNegotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and senior stakeholdersProgram Implementation\\nSupport post-sale implementation with internal service delivery teams\\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders on hardware and system upgradesSales Enablement & Market Intelligence\\nDevelop and deliver persuasive sales tools and presentations\\nSupport solution-based selling and clearly demonstrate ROI for customers\\nGather and report on market intelligence to support broader sales strategyAbout You: \\n\\nExperience & Background\\nBackground in sales of technical services within MRO or airline operations\\nTechnical understanding of inflight systems or aviation maintenance services preferred\\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSkills & Competencies\\nProven sales and negotiation track record\\nStrong industry knowledge and ability to influence at all levels\\nComfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and matrix organizations\\nHighly organized, self-directed, and analytical\\nStrong communicator with excellent presentation and proposal development skills\\nProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteTravel:\\nMust be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel
