Project Manager Defence An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a global technology leader delivering secure communications and encryption solutions to the UK Defence and National Security sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing technical or engineering projects within Defence, Aerospace, Government, Communications or Secure Technology environments.
We re also keen to hear from ex-military professionals from the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force or wider Armed Forces looking to transition into project management within industry.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager Defence : Lead projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering and cross-functional delivery teams.
Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams.
Produce project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery forecasts.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
Oversee change control, resource planning and project reporting.
Chair customer and internal project review meetings.
Support bids, proposals and project planning activities.
