Key Responsibilities for the Director, User Terminal – Service Assurance
- Lead day‑to‑day UT operations, setting clear goals and performance standards.
- Oversee deployments, activations, testing, and in‑life support to ensure reliability; coordinate closely on new software and terminal rollouts.
- Track KPIs (readiness, uptime, response, resolution) and report to senior leadership.
- Own critical escalations, driving cross‑functional resolution with Engineering, Business Units, and vendors.
- Define and continuously improve operational processes, standards, and documentation.
- Align with Engineering, Product, NOC, and Customer Success on delivery and roadmap execution.
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and SLAs.
- Provide clear updates on performance, risks, and improvement plans.
- Coach and develop the team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Experience required for the Director, User Terminal – Service Assurance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
