Experienced CNC Programmers and Setters required for a well-established precision engineering company based in Poole. Working within a busy engineering environment, you’ll be responsible for producing quality components to tight tolerances while supporting efficient day-to-day production.
Key responsibilities for the CNC Turners:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines
- Editing programs and making tooling adjustments
- Carrying out tool setting and offset adjustments
- Manufacturing components to tight tolerances
- Completing self-inspection checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following health and safety and quality procedures
To be considered for this CNC Turner position, you should have:
- Previous CNC programming and setting experience
- Experience using Fanuc controls or similar systems
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances
