Are you an experienced Production Lead, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader with a background in electronics manufacturing? We are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to oversee a busy manufacturing operation, managing the complete production process from SMT through to final dispatch. The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading production operations across multiple manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved. You will work closely with Engineering, Stores, Quality, Sales and Procurement, identifying bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production runs as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a large manufacturing team to achieve production and quality targets.
- Oversee the complete manufacturing process from SMT through to final dispatch.
- Monitor production performance, identifying and resolving delays or bottlenecks.
- Communicate daily production plans and updates to the team.
