The Training Manager will lead the design and delivery of structured operator and engineering training programmes, working closely with customers and internal technical teams. You will take full ownership of customer-facing training activity, ensuring training is delivered to a consistently high standard across on-site and in-house environments. This role combines hands-on delivery with content development, programme evaluation, and close collaboration with service, sales, and engineering teams.
