Store person in Poole

Are you an organised and reliable Stores Person looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Poole for someone to join their busy stores team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring materials and stock are received, stored and distributed efficiently to support production.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking in deliveries
• Picking and issuing materials to production
• Stock control and inventory management
• Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Keeping the stores area organised, clean and safe
• Assisting with general warehouse and stores duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or goods-in role
• A full UK driving licence is essential
• Good computer and organisational skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Counterbalance Forklift licence or experience is desirable, but not essential
