Holt Engineering have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced sales support team, engaging with customers and clients on the phone as well as processing orders, quoting and order chasing. This position can offer an immediate start, permanent contract and paying £26-29k. The role is office based and working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Duties for the successful Sales Co-ordinator:
- Working as part of the commercial team to ensure that all customer orders and enquiries are processed as smoothly as possible
- Chasing the progress of outstanding requests
- Quotation management, updating and negotiating customer pricing
- Engaging with customers and clients via telephone and email
- Updating ERP systems and maintaining customer record accuracy
The ideal candidate for this Sales Co-Ordinator vacancy will have:
