A well-established engineering business in Poole is looking to recruit a reliable Fettler to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a practical, hands-on Fettler who is keen to develop their skills within a busy and supportive workshop environment.
The role is working a day shift Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday and paying £13.50-£15ph

Key Responsibilities for the successful Fettler:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal products
- Prepare materials by cutting, Fettling, grinding, and deburring components
- Work closely with experienced welders and fabricators across various projects
- Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environmentEssential Skills & Experience required to be considered for this Fettler position:
- Previous experience as a fettler is essential
- Understanding of metalwork or fabrication processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
