We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing Dorset-based business for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running of three local sites.

The

Role: Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all buildings, facilities and services are maintained to the highest standard while driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key

Responsibilities: Manage facilities across three sites.

Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Coordinate contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance and projects.

Lead site improvement and refurbishment projects.

Manage facilities budgets, purchase orders and contractor costs.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental legislation.

Maintain accurate facilities records and approved contractor databases.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Support sustainability and environmental initiatives across the business.

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also managing projects and contractors.

You'll ideally have

Previous Facilities Management experience.

Practical maintenance or trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, electrical or general building maintenance).

Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Budget management experience with a commercial mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
