Leader: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the late shift production team while remaining hands-on within the manufacturing operation.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and supporting the production team to achieve daily production targets and operational KPIs.
Ensuring production schedules are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Organising workloads and allocating responsibilities across the shift.
Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions where targets are not achieved.
