We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Industrialisation Manager to lead the transition of innovative products from design through to full-scale production. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for defining and delivering the industrialisation strategy across a complex manufacturing environment, ensuring new products are introduced efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
You will play a critical role in driving manufacturing readiness, process capability, and cross-functional alignment, working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.
As Industrialisation Manager, you will take ownership of the full industrialisation lifecycle, from early design input through to stable production and continuous improvement. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and make key strategic decisions around automation, capacity, process design, and manufacturing technology to ensure the business is set up for scalable growth.
