Holt Engineering Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator/Stores Person to join a well-established manufacturing and engineering business. This is a varied, hands-on supply chain position combining stores, inventory control, goods in/out and shipping coordination. You ll play an important role in ensuring materials are available for production, stock records remain accurate, and finished goods are dispatched to customers on time. We re looking for someone with a strong warehouse/logistics background who is organised, accurate and comfortable working with ERP systems and shipping documentation. The company is ideally looking for someone with strong warehouse operations experience, alongside experience in shipping, receiving and inventory management. Key responsibilities Booking incoming goods onto the ERP system accurately and promptly. Picking and issuing parts to ensure production jobs are ready when required. Coordinating domestic and international shipments. Preparing and completing all required shipping and receiving documentation. Liaising with couriers and dealing with inbound or outbound shipment delays. Maintaining accurate inventory records and completing regular cycle counts. Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies to prevent production delays. Checking received items against purchase orders. Ensuring stock is correctly labelled, stored and easily accessible....
