The successful Senior Production Technician will play a key role in the assembly, testing, inspection and delivery of high-quality systems while supporting junior team members and maintaining exceptional production standards.
As a Senior Production Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling and testing IPCs, servers, rack systems and electro-mechanical assemblies while ensuring all work is completed to defined specifications and the highest quality standards.
- Taking ownership of build quality, proactively identifying issues, supporting quality improvements and contributing to a right-first-time manufacturing culture.
- Following work instructions, engineering drawings and customer requirements accurately.
- Identifying and challenging inconsistencies or errors within production documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with ESD handling procedures and controls.
- Manufacturing and modifying cable assemblies using approved methods.
