Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned customer accounts as a Distribution Coordinator
- Process sales orders from receipt through to dispatch
- Prepare export and customs documentation
- Organise and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers
- Work closely with manufacturing and purchasing to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate and organised documentation and records
- Handle internal and external enquiries, including telephone queries
- Release parts within the system, including pricing and lead times
- Escalate any issues impacting customer service or delivery
- Previous experience as a Distribution Coordinator or within a similar logistics/customer operations role
- Strong background in logistics and customer service
