Production Operative in Hampshire, Wallington

Holt Engineering is working with an innovative and steadily growing manufacturing company in Fareham, who are looking for a Production Operative to join their busy production team. This is a hands-on role supporting the assembly and manufacturing process, with responsibilities including electronic assembly, PCB washing, soldering, masking and conformal coating. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous electronics or manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a detailed, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities for the Production Operative:  Supporting the production team with day-to-day assembly activities Working with PCBs and carrying out electronic assembly tasks Soldering and conformal coating PCB washing and masking Working from technical drawings and production instructions Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detailWhat We're Looking For the Production Operative: Previous experience within electronic assembly or a similar manufacturing environment Ability to read and work from technical drawings Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines A reliable and positive approach to teamworkWhat's on Offer for the Production Operative Free on-site parking Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business Opportunity to progress into a skilled production operative £12.71 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience Early finish every Friday at 12:30pm Full time Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm If you have electronic assembly experience and are looking for your next opportunity in Fareham, we'd love to hear from you
