Are you an experienced Production Lead, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader with a background in electronics manufacturing? We're looking for a hands-on Production Lead to oversee a busy manufacturing operation, managing the complete production process from SMT through to final dispatch. The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading production operations across multiple manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved. You'll work closely with Engineering, Stores, Quality, Sales and Procurement, identifying bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production runs as efficiently as possible.
