Multi-Skilled Operator
Location: Ferndown
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operator to join a manufacturing business based in Ferndown. This is a great opportunity for someone with practical skills and manufacturing experience looking to join a hands-on production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery to manufacture foam components to specification.
- Cutting, shaping and finishing materials to meet customer requirements.
- Assembling components and carrying out general production duties.
- Following technical drawings, job sheets and production instructions where required.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Confident using tools and operating machinery.
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- A practical, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of production.
