Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham. Due to an ever-expanding order book, our clients are looking for experienced Solderers.
As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using Through-hole and fine soldering.
Duties for the Solderer will be:
- Following technical drawings and soldering to required IPC standards
- Soldering small components to PCBs
- Soldering with a microscope at times
To be a successful Solderer you must:
- Have PCB soldering experience
- IPC Class 2/3 experience (essential)
- Be able to understand technical drawings
- Solder to good standards using through hole soldering techniques
- IPC certificates beneficial
- Have good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
For the successful Solderer you will:
- Have an early finish on Fridays
- Free on-site parking
- Enjoy a friendly work environment
- Benefit from flexible working hours
Working hours: Monday to Thursday and finishing on Fridays at 12:30 (flexible hours). Paying between £12.71-£13 Per Hour (depending on experience).
