I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join a growing engineering organisation delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects across the UK and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Electrical Design Manager to take ownership of multidisciplinary design activities, lead engineering teams, and play a key role in shaping future engineering capability within a highly technical environment.
As the Electrical Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating electrical and civil design packages through development, coordination and execution phases, ensuring designs meet client requirements, technical standards, safety obligations and project delivery objectives. The successful Electrical Design Manager will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability, project delivery experience and a passion for engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of design engineers and technicians
