Are you an experienced Production Technician with a background in electronics assembly? Holt Engineering are working with a growing Manufacturing company based in Eastleigh. This is a full time role working 7:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 13:00 finish Fridays. Paying £13.99 Per Hour Key Responsibilities for the Production Technician: Carry out production build and test activities Soldering Components to PCBs Test PCB assemblies and mechanical assemblies. Accurately identify components and follow engineering drawings Maintain high quality standards with a strong focus on achieving zero defects. Carry out first-off inspections when required. Complete accurate production records and maintain data and documentation. Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are always followed. Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively across the team. Support additional production activities as required by the Production Manager or Supervisor.Experience Needed for the Production Technician: Previous experience within a production, electronics or manufacturing environment. Experience testing PCB and PCB assembly Confident reading work instructions, route cards and engineering drawings. Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems would be advantageous. IPC 610 or J-Standard certification is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Reliable, accountable and committed to continuous improvement.
